📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement nutrition plans for our culinary operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct nutritional assessments and provide guidance to our chefs and culinary team on menu planning and ingredient selection.
• Monitor food costs and ensure that our menus are both nutritious and cost-effective.
• Collaborate with our dietitians and other culinary professionals to create innovative and delicious meals.
• Provide training and support to our culinary team on nutrition and food safety.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in nutrition and food service.
• Ensure that our food service operations are in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to promote our nutritious menus and dining experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.
• Certification in Food Safety and Nutrition from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of nutritional guidelines and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with food costing and menu planning software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment is a plus.
