📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room inspections and cleaning according to established protocols.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
• Use the Housekeeping Management System (HMS) to track and manage cleaning tasks.
• Follow the Cleaning Checklist to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and inspected.
• Handle linens, towels, and other cleaning supplies, including restocking and replenishing as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Familiarity with luxury resort housekeeping standards and procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately using the Housekeeping Management System (HMS).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid ID and clean criminal record.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
