📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns in supply chain operations.
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize inventory management and logistics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Utilize advanced analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to create insightful reports and dashboards.
• Forecast demand and supply to ensure smooth operations and minimize stockouts or overstocks.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of supply chain strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and supply chain management.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain analytics or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Certification in data analytics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
