📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Forecast demand using historical sales data, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Develop and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP MM.
- Create and implement replenishment strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Generate reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning or inventory management.
- Proficiency in SAP MM and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certification in APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) is a plus.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
