📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and providing support to hiring managers.
• Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS system.
• Process payroll using SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document verification and orientation.
• Assist in the management of employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR-related matters.
• Support the HR team in organizing and participating in employee engagement activities.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and ensure data accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a logistics or international company.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll processing software, such as SAP.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
