Shop Hub Jaya is looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and be able to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Write user manuals, guides, and other technical content,Conduct research and gather information to support documentation efforts,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure clarity and accuracy,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development of training materials and resources,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communication, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software,Familiarity with technical documentation standards and styles,Experience with technical content management systems is a plus
