📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and support staff.,Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.,Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Experience with inventory management and POS systems is a plus.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
