📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions for various positions.,Source and attract top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to shortlist candidates.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
