CV Digital Sejahtera is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior F&B Service professional to join our team in Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction in our food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the F&B service department.,Ensure high standards of food and beverage service are maintained.,Train and develop staff to deliver excellent customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Participate in regular staff meetings and team-building activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B service in a similar role.,Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and stock control.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
