📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.,Manage and motivate a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities to help them grow and succeed.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to drive the success of the restaurant.,Maintain and enforce health and safety regulations, and ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations.,Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of quality ingredients and supplies.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities, building relationships with other professionals in the field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
