📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and budgeting.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Train and develop staff to maintain high levels of service and productivity.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of managing restaurant operations effectively.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry standards and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.🛠️ Keahlian
