IRIS Abadi is seeking a talented and dedicated Distribution Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our products. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process to ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available for distribution.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide regular reports and updates on distribution activities to management.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all distribution activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP or distribution management systems is a plus.
