📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring needs.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and conduct interviews.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels.,Assist in the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
