Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and regulations.Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to achieve company goals and objectives.Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective operations across the organization.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operational activities and processes.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies and technologies as needed.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar role.Strong knowledge of operations management principles, practices, and tools.Proven track record of success in managing and improving operational performance.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.🛠️ Keahlian
