📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure team success.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the retail industry and consumer behavior.
