📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage daily cashier operations including opening and closing the cash register.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Train and supervise junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor and maintain cash handling procedures to prevent theft and errors.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Participate in shift planning and scheduling.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in the restaurant industry.
• Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
