As an IT Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, managing and maintaining our network infrastructure, and providing technical assistance to employees across the organization. You will work with a variety of tools and technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and Cisco networking devices. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 5.800.000 - Rp 8.000.000 per bulan and the chance to work in a professional and supportive environment.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
- Monitor and maintain VMware virtualization environments.
- Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery exercises.
- Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
- Provide training and support to end-users on IT-related topics.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT technical support or a related role.
- Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware.
- Experience with Cisco networking devices is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
