📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Implement and manage security protocols and measures to protect against cyber threats and data breaches.
• Provide technical support to employees and users, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT systems and infrastructure meet the needs of the business.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry, and recommend improvements to our systems and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT systems and infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Experience with ITIL framework and best practices.
• Proficiency in using IT tools and software, including VMware, Microsoft Azure, and Cisco.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
