📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in staff training and development programs.,Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a similar position.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
