You'll also be responsible for overseeing HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth.
• Manage HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance and HR, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proficient in using SAP and QuickBooks for financial management.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Certification in financial management or HR (preferred but not required).
