Employee Relations Specialist - Bali (Canggu/Ubud/Denpasar)

As an Employee Relations Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our HR team, working closely with managers and employees to address concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

In this role, you'll use tools like BambooHR, Workday, and ADP to manage employee data, benefits enrollment, and leave requests. You'll also collaborate with the HRIS team to ensure seamless integration of HR systems and processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies and labor laws
• Administer and maintain employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
• Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction
• Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
• Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and provide guidance to managers and employees
• Coordinate with external partners, such as legal counsel and HR consultants, to address complex HR issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS systems like BambooHR and Workday
• Provide training and support to managers on employee relations best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations, HR administration, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels
• Proficiency in using HRIS systems like BambooHR, Workday, and ADP
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
