📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and implement inventory control systems.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage incoming and outgoing shipments.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance productivity and efficiency.,Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to improve space utilization.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.,Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Experience with warehouse safety and security protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
