Cloud Bit Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Gowa. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet coordination and a passion for improving operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Track fuel consumption and manage fuel procurement.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Assist in the preparation of monthly fleet reports and presentations.,Support in the organization of fleet-related training and workshops.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and transactions.,Assist in the resolution of any issues related to fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
