📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers at major airports in Bali
• Assist with passenger check-ins and baggage handling using our advanced airport management system
• Coordinate with ground transportation providers to ensure seamless transfers for our guests
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to travel arrangements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness
• Stay up-to-date with local regulations and procedures to ensure compliance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with airport operations and procedures is a plus
• Valid SIM card and ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to travel and relocate to Bali if required
