📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain all administrative records and files using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Process and file customer inquiries, orders, and service requests.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining customer records.
• Prepare and distribute reports and presentations for management.
• Support the dealership's marketing efforts by managing promotional materials and events.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist in any other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or related field.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
