Urban Data Abadi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Blitar, Jawa Timur. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and staff supervision. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records,Coordinate with sales and purchasing teams to fulfill customer orders,Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain high levels of productivity,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement,Maintain clean and organized warehouse facilities,Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts that may arise

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and best practices,Experience with warehouse automation or technology is a plus,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
