We are seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to join our team at our precast concrete construction site in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all personnel and equipment on site, as well as complying with all relevant health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety management and a passion for creating a safe working environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.,Provide training and supervision to ensure all personnel are aware of and adhere to safety protocols.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their cause and implement corrective actions.,Ensure that all safety equipment is in good working order and that personnel are properly trained in its use.,Maintain accurate records of all safety-related activities and incidents.,Work closely with site management to ensure that safety is a priority in all aspects of the construction process.,Promote a culture of safety on site and encourage personnel to report any safety concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A relevant qualification in health and safety, such as a Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent experience.,Extensive experience in a similar role in the construction industry, with a strong focus on safety management.,Proven ability to develop and implement effective safety policies and procedures.,Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively train and supervise personnel.,Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and standards, such as the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) or the Indonesian Occupational Safety and Health Act (Peraturan K3).,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.,Experience in the precast concrete construction industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
