📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including conducting interviews and reviewing applications.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Handle employee relations matters, including addressing grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Provide general HR support to the organization, including assisting with training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
