📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure they run efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Manage and supervise the operations team, providing guidance and support.,Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Ensure the safety and well-being of employees and visitors to the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
