📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service.
  • Monitor inventory and ensure proper stock levels.
  • Handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Train and develop new team members.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and cash handling.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license.
